Ann Arbor, Mich., February 13, 2001 — Ensure Technologies, the award-winning leader in intelligent digital information security solutions, today announced that it has recently closed on an investment from Global Alliance Inc., a Japanese firm managing a private equity investment fund. The new financing, which will be used to continue expansion in product development, marketing and sales efforts, brings Ensure’s total funding to more than $5 million. Ensure’s solutions conveniently secure access to digital information both on computing devices and in applications.
