KANEMATSU COMMUNICATIONS AND ENSURE TECHNOLOGIES SIGN DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

One of Japan's Largest Distributors To Resell XyLoc Wireless Security Solutions

Ann Arbor, Mich., June 19, 2001— Ensure Technologies, the award-winning leader in intelligent digital information security solutions, today announced it has signed a distributor agreement with Kanematsu Communications Ltd. (KCS), one of Japan's largest distributors. Under the agreement, KCS will become the distributor for Ensure's XyLoc™ wireless PC security solution throughout Japan.
