ENSURE TECHNOLOGIES, ACTIVE PROXIMITY PROVIDER, EXPANDS SALES ORGANIZATION NAMING MARTY BYLE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

YPSILANTI, MI – February 13, 2008 – Ensure Technologies, pioneer of the XyLoc family of authentication for network security products, expands its’ active proximity sales organization.  Marty Byle, an experienced sales professional with an extensive background in technology sales, is named Vice President of Sales.

Marty will drive the company’s growth by expanding Ensure Technologies’ market penetration in the eastern half of North America. Marty will execute our strategic partner sales strategy in order to achieve sales and revenue growth for Ensure.  He will continue to promote Ensure, a leader in healthcare authentication for network security, by developing valuable programs to assist customers in achieving continued success with the XyLoc products, and move into new markets, such as financial, energy and pharmaceutical, where seamless network security and user authorization are a priority.

Marty’s diverse experience in sales and business development includes work with several leading-edge startup companies in Michigan.  Prior to joining Ensure Technologies, Marty’s experience includes positions with Hewlett Packard in sales, channel management, and business development.  After HP, Marty worked as an Account Executive at Sun Microsystems, where he focused on commercial business systems and as a Business Development Manager at Novell where he focused on secure identity management solutions.

Marty has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Ensure Technologies’ XyLoc product line utilizes patented RF technology to bring convenience to network security by recognizing authorized users, unlocking the computer as they approach, and locking it again as they walk away.  Ensure credits its recent success to the increase in its use by hospitals and other large, or enterprise, groups.
